lovely stay!
quiet hotel delicious breakfast
the location was great, a real win for exploring nearby shops. the staff were always ready to help with anything i needed. i especially enjoyed how quiet the hotel was, it provided a peaceful escape after busy days. the breakfast was delicious, with a wonderful english option and home-made hashbrowns.
there weren't tea or coffee facilities available directly in the room! this meant i had to request it from room service, a bit inconvenient.

The room included a large flat-screen television and a stocked minibar. The bathroom had underfloor heating, a plus during cooler months. Daily housekeeping kept the space super clean, including turndown service each evening (it was a nice touch).
The elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours.

Quiet Elegance Near Harrods
helpful staff great location unique decor fresh breakfast
I found the staff helpful and professional from arrival to departure. The location was great. Knightsbridge is a short walk away (perfect for shopping). The hotel's decor, including the black walls and art deco touches, created a unique atmosphere. I especially liked the breakfast. It was fresh and tasty.
The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong, a minor inconvenience.

crisp bedding feather pillows
the location suited me well. the bed was very comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. i found crisp white bedding and feather pillows. i did fall right asleep.
i found the lighting a bit subdued. i struggled to do my make-up in the room due to it. the bathroom had better lighting though.

amazing staff boutique style
the front STAFF are AMAZING. LOCATION was really good and i loved the boutique style of the hotel. i stayed in the room with a balcony and it was super nice to back onto gardens, really lovely.
there WAS no tea coffee facilities in my room. THEY explained it was due to the space in the room. but in other 5 star hotels a tray and tea making facilities is usually provided in a cupboard or drawer space, from my point of view there was enough space.
